During the warranty period, if you face any difficulties or any errors, please contact our service department (+84)96 2255 690, our technician will contact you shortly to support.
Your purchased products are entitled to warranty if meets below critiria
- Products are entitled to warranty free if they are still under valid warranty period.
- All products are eligible and complied to each Manufacturer's warranty policies.
- We will do warranty based on Serial Number and Model Number of each product.
- All products as well as the valid warranty period are monitored by our system in accordance with each Manufacturer's warranty policies
- For some exclusive products, we will apply the one-to-one exchange, in accordance with each Manufacturer's warranty policies.
- We warrants that our Service will be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner. The turnaround time for each warranty case will be within 14 working days.
- We will absord all transport expense during warranty period.
Case of not eligible to warranty:
- The above warranties do not cover defects resulting from improper or inandique maintenance,installation, repair or calibration performed by Customer or a third party not authorized by us.
- Customer or third party supplied hardward or software, interfacing or supplies, unauthorized modification, improper use or operation outside of the Specification for the Porduct.
- Abuse, neglience, accident loss or damage in transit, or improper site preparation.
- Product is errored due to insects or animals.
- Not comply with User/Manual Guide
- With the case that your product needs to be calibrated during warranty time but over Manufacturer's required calibration time, you will need to cover all incured expenses. You will be consulted by our experts upon request receipt.
- Based on specific case, all products provided by TMTECH will be warranted upon either customer's site or our Service Center or Manufacturer's Service Center.
